ProLiteracy: Journey of an Adult Learner featured on National TV Show

ProLiteracy announced that the national cable TV show, Secret Lives of American, has filmed an episode about an adult who has struggled all of her life with low literacy skills. ProLiteracy worked with the show's team for several months, providing them with resources, statistics, and finding an adult learner willing to share his/her story. Cleo, the adult learner who was chosen, shares her literacy journey, with the episode filmed in her hometown.

The show will premiere on Friday, June 3 at 10pm ET/PT. Pivot TV, Participant Media's Television Network.
