About Us

Finding success through literacy and learning skills

Our Success Centers focus on providing adult learners with skills for life at home, in the workplace, and in the community. Our programs are designed for a wide range of students who can improve their basic literacy and education skills.

Our Literacy & Learning Success Centers are operated by the Literacy Council of Lancaster-Lebanon, which has served the community for 38 years and helped thousands of people improve their lives and achieve success in the workplace. Featuring:

  • Two locations, plus satellite and virtual versions that can go where needed
  • A focus on teaching literacy and learning skills individualized for each adult learner
  • A focus on teaching literacy and learning skills to prepare students as productive citizens workers and family members
  • Free services to all adult learners

Donate INVEST in your community

Supporting adult literacy and basic education in your community is a sound investment. Adult education programs have measurable returns. This comes in the form of increased tax revenue and reduced reliance on social services. Educated citizens work, pay taxes and give back to their communities.
