State Senator Mike Folmer was among the Pennsylvania legislators who attended an event in Lebanon that provided an update on adult education. Both the Literacy Council of Lancaster-Lebanon and Lancaster-Lebanon IU 13 were on hand to discuss adult education in Pennsylvania.
